I look at your site

I read your message and open your site. If you asked about AI visibility, I also ask AI systems a few questions your buyers are likely to ask and note which companies they name.

You get a reply with a starting point

Within one business day you get what I found, which service fits, and its fixed price and timeline. If nothing needs doing yet, I tell you that too.

Scope in writing, then an invoice

If you decide to go ahead, I confirm the scope and deadline in writing and send an invoice in USD. One-time work starts after prepayment; monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.

Before you write

What should I include in the first message?

Your website, what you sell and in which countries, and what made you write – for example, a competitor that ChatGPT recommends instead of you. A budget range helps if you have one.

Does the first reply cost anything?

No. The first reply, including a short manual check of how AI systems describe you, is free. There is no obligation and no automated follow-up sequence.

Can we talk on a call?

Yes, by appointment. Message me with your website and a couple of time slots in your time zone, and I will confirm one or suggest another. Most of the work then runs in writing, so the time difference does not slow it down.

How is the work agreed and paid for?

I confirm scope, price and timeline in writing before starting. You get an invoice in USD and pay by card (Visa/Mastercard), SWIFT transfer or Wise. One-time work is prepaid; monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. Starter and Growth are month-to-month, Pro and Max have a 3-month minimum.
